Complete Digital Varifocals £99

What is the difference between Digital and conventional lenses?

The biggest difference is how they are made.  Convention lenses are made using a generator which grinds the back surface of the lens which is then sanded down and polished to provide the required prescription, each step involves human interaction.  This process can generate heat and cause the lens to warp which effects the prescription of the lens, and there is risk of human error.

Digital (Freeform) lenses are produced in a very similar way but each step is controlled by a computer and which reduces human error and because of this we can control more factors of the lens manufacture which enables the lens to be modified for the individuals face and frame choice.

We are happy to announce you can get Complete digital varifocals for £99.  Please come into store for further details.
